Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
This is because time, resources, and strategy execution begin immediately after project confirmation.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- If the project has not yet started after payment
- If Amroo Digital Agency is unable to deliver the agreed service
- If both parties mutually agree to terminate the project early
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Delays caused by lack of client communication or cooperation
- Partial or completed SEO and marketing work
- Expected ranking or performance results not achieved (as SEO depends on multiple external factors)
4. SEO and Digital Marketing Results
SEO and digital marketing results vary based on competition, market conditions, and search engine algorithms.
We do not guarantee specific rankings but focus on best practices to improve visibility and performance.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services at any time. However, any work already completed will be billed accordingly
and is non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
